Seafood Dinner

My parents recently came back from the Maritimes and brought each of us children a lobster, scallops and Fiddle Heads. I decided to do a little seafood feast last night and everything was delicious.

This was the menu; Thomas Keller’s Caramelized Scallops. Thomas Keller’s Garlic Shrimp. Lemon Chive Drawn Butter (for the lobster) a recipe from Whole Foods, boiled Lobster and Cauliflower Puree.

The shrimp and Scallops were amazing. So was the lobster with the butter. I didn’t love the Cauliflower Puree; it was no replacement for mashed potatoes.
