This is an easy, tasty appetizer that is a crowd pleaser. Make lots because they go quickly!
- 1 pint of grape tomatoes
- 24 mini bocconcini balls
- 24 basil leaves
- 12 slices of prosciutto – cut in half
- Reduced balsamic vinegar
On each skewer, place a grape tomato, a folded basil leaf, a folded slice of prosciutto and one piece of bocconcini.
Drizzle with balsamic and serve.
