Sunday – Chicken Breasts stuffed with goat cheese, sundried tomatoes, and basil with baked Spaghetti Squash

Monday – Greek Beef Kabobs with Greek Panzanella Salad

Tuesday – Cajun Chicken with Pineapple Salsa

Wednesday – Oven Baked Parmesan Pork with Buttered Farro

Thursday – Tuna Steaks with Peach salsa

Friday – French Onion Soup

This last weekend was a little more special as most because on Sunday Scott and I have been married for six months! Wow.
